China Aerospace International Holdings Limited (CASIL) is a public-listed company (stock code: 31) of China Aerospace Science & Technology Corporation (CASC) in Hong Kong.  Being CASIL's major shareholder, CASC specializes in the research, development, manufacture and commercialization of space technologies and products such as spacecrafts, launch vehicles and satellites in China and possesses ample professional human resources and sophisticated technological power.

For the sake of in line with the new development strategies and directions of the Group, CASIL has changed its Chinese name into “中國航天國際控股有限公司”(Chinese trading short name: 航天控股).  The new name also encompasses the close relationship between the Company and CASC, as well as the future business interaction.
